Experience E-vouchers are great flexible presents for any occasion. E-vouchers are emailed to you or the recipient at no cost. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE RECIPIENT. E-GIFT VOUCHERS ARE NOT PHYSICALLY MAILED OUT. The recipient can then use the E-gift voucher on purchases onsite or online. Vouchers will expire 12 months from purchase.

Please note – monetary gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of issue. Three Choirs Vineyards monetary gift e-vouchers/cards can be redeemed for goods online or onsite.Three Choirs Vineyards will not be held responsible for lost monetary gift cards. Cards have no cash value. Returning Goods, In store In addition to your consumer rights, we accept returns of most goods if you change your mind about your purchase. We are happy to refund, exchange or issue a credit note for any item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days. Faulty items must be returned with a receipt, and can be either refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt. For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present. The following items are excluded but your consumer rights still apply: • Food, alcohol, jewellery or toiletries/grooming products are non-refundable, for hygiene reasons and safety • Sale items On-line Ordering By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract. A contract is finalised only when we accept your order and process payment. Returns We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We will require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience. We are unable to accept returns or exchange or refund any unopened wine. Please note - Your statutory rights are not affected. GIFT CARD DELIVERY FEES Delivery fees for physical gift cards vary according to the value of the monetary gift card, and include administration, postage and packaging costs. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends, Bank Holidays or to international addresses. Monetary Gift Cards will be delivered within 4 working days Please upgrade to next day delivery if required. All deliveries will require a signature. Please note – Purchases made for multiple cards with separate delivery addresses/ delivery dates will be charged per address/ date.
